Dear Residents,

Our Ward Panel meetings are held every quarter and give residents the chance to speak directly with their Neighbourhood Policing Team about the issues that affect them most. This is your opportunity to raise concerns around crime, antisocial behaviour, and community safety across Plaistow South, and to work with us in shaping local policing priorities.

The meeting will be attended by Police Sergeant Ryan Fitt and the Plaistow South Neighbourhood Policing Team, who will provide updates on ongoing work in the ward and listen to residents’ views. Your feedback is vital in helping us understand what is happening on the ground and where our resources should be focused.

In addition, we are inviting representatives from the London Borough of Newham to join us. This will ensure that any non-policing issues raised by residents can be directed straight to the relevant council teams for action, helping to make the meeting as useful and wide-reaching as possible. By attending, you will have the chance not only to raise concerns but also to hear what steps are being taken to tackle problems in your neighbourhood, as well as to meet the officers and partners who are working to keep Plaistow South safe.
